Iron Pony Direct Return Policy
Iron Pony Direct will exchange or refund any returned merchandise that is new, unused, never installed, and without damage to the manufacturer’s packaging within 30 days of the receipt. CLOSEOUT ITEMS, ELECTRICAL ITEMS and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Any merchandise returned for a warranty claim is subject to the manufacturer’s guidelines and not Iron Pony Direct’s. Often it may be faster for you to return the item directly to the manufacturer for inspection. Iron Pony Direct is not responsible for original or return shipping costs. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is a $5.00 flat shipping fee on all exchanges. Items sent to Iron Pony Direct C.O.D. will be refused.
