Terms and Conditions of Sale
In order for us to provide you with the best possible customer service please provide us with complete billing and shipping information. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We strive to stock a majority of the products offered in our catalogs, allowing you to receive your merchandise in a timely manner. Please contact us before you order if you have any concern on sizes. In the event of a backorder or discontinued item we will contact you within 48 hours and offer options to get your order filled completely.
Taxes
Ohio customers are charged a 6.75% tax rate on the order total.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100.00 (excluding tires and specified items). For orders under $100.00, there is a shipping fee of $8.95. (Some large items require an additional shipping fee). Next day, 2nd day and 3 day select express shipping is available for an additional fee. Alaska and Hawaii customers are not eligible for the free shipping offers. Canada and APO/FPO Military Shipping Policies We are able to offer UPS and USPS shipping to most Canadian customers. Please call 1-877-799-7669 or email orders@ironpony.com for actual shipping costs and expected delivery times. Any duties and taxes imposed at the border are the responsibility of the customer. APO and FPO military forwarding addresses are subject to US Postal Service mailing fees. Please call 1-877-799-7669 or email orders@ironpony.com for actual shipping fees. Canadian and APO/FPO customers are not eligible for the free shipping offer.
Please make sure if you have an alternate shipping address to enter in the business name if applicable. We reserve the right to question alternate shipping addresses, and your order may be placed on hold until we receive response from you. You can place special notes regarding your shipping address in the comment field on the order form (ie. we just moved, this is my work address, etc...)
Returns and Exchanges
Iron Pony Directs’ goal is that you are satisfied with your product. We understand that sometimes the need arises to exchange items. Iron Pony Direct LLC will exchange or refund any returned merchandise that is unused, never installed, undamaged and still packaged in the manufactures original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. There is a flat shipping fee of $5.00 for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Items sent back C.O.D. would be refused. Non-exchanged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special orders and closeout items may not be returned or exchanged. All returns or exchanges must have a return authorization number. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as Visa and Mastercard debit cards. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. No C.O.D. service available. Please call 877-799-7669 for further information.

Prices in the Iron PonyŽ Motorsports Superstore, Iron PonyŽ Direct Catalog and Website may vary, with the Retail Store generally 5%-10% higher. Iron PonyŽ reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
